Purpose: To orient newly funded Early Head Start programs (including those new to Early Head Start, those converting from Head Start to Early Head Start and Early Head Start expansion grantees) and support them in start-up implementation.

When and where is the next Orientation?

The fifth Orientation Conference will take place:

June 7-10 at the Hilton Alexandria Mark Center, Alexandria, VA. The Conference begins Monday morning at 8:00am and concludes at 2:00pm Thursday, June 10.

Which airport is closest to the conference location?

Reagan/National Airport (DC) is closest.

How can I register for the upcoming Orientations?

Please fax registration forms to Renita Street @ (202)857-2985. You will receive a confirmation email once your registration has been processed.

Do Expanding EHS programs need to attend Orientation?

Yes, all Expanding and New EHS Programs should attend Orientation with a team of four. All ARRA Expansion Grantees who haven’t yet attended an Orientation are invited to attend. If your program has yet to receive registration forms, please check with your program’s director who should have received them via email. If he or she has not received registration forms then please contact Summer Harrington, sharrington@zerotothree.org.
